Advanced kick-boxing workout with punching bags. Designed to sculpt the body while challenging the cardiovascular system.
This noon-time class combines segments of cardio with total body conditioning using kick boxing and free weights.
Cardio segments for aerobic capacity alternating with free weights and resistance bands for increased muscle strength & endurance.

This class is designed to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training.
This class combines warm-up, longer cardio segments (on and off the running track) and shorter, fast moving strength segments using free weights and resistance bands to create a total body conditioning work out to burn fat and create muscle endurance and definition.
This class will alternate intervals of beginning to intermediate choreographed cardio and step with strength training exercises for a full body workout that is both challenging and fun.

Mid-to-High intensity cardio workout performed to music on a stationary bicycle. This class is limited to 12 participants. Please arrange to be measured for your bike settings before class time.
